DRP's Live Intake Hours are Changing!

Starting September 1, 2026, DRP staff will typically answer calls to our intake helpline (800-692-7443) on the following days and times:

Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Tuesday: 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday: closed

Thursday: 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Saturday and Sunday: closed 

DRP’s intake helpline closes on federal holidays and for one week each month for internal quality assessment purposes. 

Additional intake helpline closure dates in September include:

September 7, 2026 (Labor Day)

September 21 – September 25, 2026 (internal quality assessment)
