Your feedback is important and will help assess local transportation needs in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County and in Cumberland County. Your opinion matters.
The survey is being conducted by the CAT People with Disabilities Advisory Committee, a volunteer group made up of people with disabilities, CAT representatives, local service provider staff and local paratransit service providers. We are reviewing Fixed-route and Shared-ride services in our area. This survey should only take 10 minutes to complete.
The information is being used to assess local transportation. Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses are not identified by individuals and will be compiled together and analyzed as a group unless you self-identify for follow up and discussion regarding your comments and experience.
