The Pennsylvania Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) would like to inform those who are deaf or hard of hearing of the Commonwealth’s current situation regarding texting to 9-1-1 emergency communication centers.
