Public Notice for Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Regulations
The Department of Human Services proposes to add Chapters 1155 and 5240 relating to intensive behavioral health services to Title 55 of the Pennsylvania Code. The proposed rulemaking is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on August 4, 2018 and can be accessed at the following link: https://www.pabulletin.com/secure/data/vol48/48-31/1222.html
