“The Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania (DRN) is seeking Requests for Bid (RFBs) in a variety of areas. We invite disability rights advocacy consultants, organizations, self-advocates, or professionals to submit proposals to assist DRN in carrying out our goals and objectives.
