Disability Rights PA Advocates for Robust Stakeholder Engagement Regarding Potential Changes to Medicaid

Disability Rights Pennsylvania signed on to a coalition letter to Governor Shapiro and Secretary Arkoosh urging a transparent, rights-centered approach to implementing recent federal Medicaid changes. The letter emphasizes the need to protect eligibility, prevent loss of coverage, and preserve access to community-based services for people with disabilities and other vulnerable Pennsylvanians. DRP will continue working with coalition partners and engaging legislators and state leaders to ensure these decisions are made with input from those most impacted.
