Disability Rights Pennsylvania Advocacy to Ensure Voters Have Access to Drop Box in Lebanon County

In January, the Lebanon County Commissioners announced that they will hold a vote to remove the county’s only drop box for mail-in ballots.  DRP sent a letter to the County Commissioners urging them to vote to keep the drop box in place due to the impact it will have on voters with disabilities.  The letter highlights how many voters with disabilities use mail-in ballots.  It also highlights concerns if the County removes its only drop box, this will surely result in the disenfranchisement of voters with disabilities, many of whom cannot easily access the Municipal Building to return their mail-in ballots.
